Notice of Ticket Purchasing
   1. All listed flights upon your choice all meet requirements. The final ticket shall be in accordance with confirmation from CBT.
   2. As passenger seats are limited, it is unavailable of making sure that all the online seats can get ticket issuing, therefore, please be subject to CBT confirmation.

   3. Please provide correct contact information (tel. and e-mail), so that the ticket reserving clerk could confirm with you on the ticket in time; if you could not be reached or the contact information is incorrect, the order will be cancelled as invalid one.
   4. For smooth boarding, please make reservation by the name which is the same as the one on the certificate for boarding (for infant, the exact date of birth is required to be provided at the same time), if the name for reservation is not in accordance with that on the certificate, it is unavailable to board. And all the losses resulted shall be borne by the person who made the reservation.
   5. Please provide the number of the certificate by which you board when you are making a reservation, if the number of certificate is not coherent, it is unavailable to board, and all the losses resulted shall be borne by the person who made the reservation.
   6. Order shall not be submitted repeatedly (two more orders for the same boarding passenger in the same period of time), in case of ticket printed repeatedly resulted from repeated orders that were submitted, the refunding in full amount of the ticket will be on the person who made a reservation. If route is required to be changed, please make a phone call.
  

   7. Rescheduling, refunding and endorsing of ticket will be operated on the grounds of       corresponding regulations of different airlines and plane seats; expenses resulted consequently by rescheduling, refunding and endorsing after ticket printing will be charged for the people who made the reservation in full amount.
   8. Either paper ticket or e-ticket being held, passenger shall arrive at airport within the time limit prescribed by the airline and check in by ticket and personal valid identity certificate on time. The check-in will be stopped about 45 minutes before take-off (The executions in various airports are different, so it is taken as reference only).
   9. Special services such as applying service for child unaccompanied by adult, infant cradle, wheelchair, stretcher, service for the blind or deaf mute passenger and etc., application for these services shall only be settled at the ticket offices directly under the airline. Purchase tickets by airlines’ price, and handle the related procedures at the same time. We could also handle these procedures on the behalf of such passengers. The online price is not applicable for those passengers who require special services mentioned above.

   11. Since tickets and seats are limited, reservation is unavailable, so the final price shall be in accordance with confirmation during CBT ticket printing.
   12. CBT provides ticket information only; for cancellation or alteration of flight happening temporarily, please contact related airline directly; and CBT will contact you in time when receiving the notice from the airline.
   13. Service time of online reservation of international air ticket:
   Order processing time: order processing time of CBT ticket confirmation is 09:00am-18:00pm, and order after 18:00pm will be processed on the next working day. The order will become an unsuccessful one if there is less than 8 hours from take-off time of the flight which you reserved at that day until the time of order generation.

 

How to check in
   1.Arriving at the airport 90 minutes earlier to pay the airport construction fee. Children under 12 years old (including 12) with half-fare tickets are free of airport construction fees.
   2.Confirming validity of ticket, exchanging for boarding pass and consigning luggage. At most airports, the voucher of airport construction fee shall be presented at the moment. Check-in will be stopped 30 minutes before prescribed take-off time of the flight.
Matters about check-in need to know:
   Generally, certain data, such as your name, flight number, departure gate, flight boarding, departure time, seat number allocated to you and etc. are printed on the boarding pass. Please keep your boarding pass properly and do not tear off the boarding copy, which is the only voucher for the final boarding.
   3.Passing the security inspection passage
   After the purchase of airport construction fee and check-in, you could pass the security inspection passage, where your identity document, voucher of airport construction fee and ticket are mainly inspected, and your personal luggage and carry-on will also be checked to ensure the security.

  

   4.Waiting for boarding in the departure lounge
   After passing the security inspection passage, you could wait for boarding in the departure lounge. Please wait at specified place marked on the boarding pass.
   5.Boarding
   When boarding time comes, the airport broadcast will remind you in time. Only your boarding pass is to be inspected during boarding, and the inspectors will confirm that your boarding pass has been stamped with the security inspection seal and you are going to take the right flight. At the same time, please pay attention to the following issues:
   6.Please attach attention to the boarding time and departure time of your flight, and the former is generally 25 minutes earlier than the latter, therefore your boarding will be cancelled as take-off time out.
   7.The departure lounge may change at any time, please pay close attention to related changes; especially when scheduled time for boarding comes, please be attentive to the broadcast, if there is no notice, consideration shall be given to whether departure lounge you stayed is wrong and you shall contact staff at the airport immediately.

  
On the Plane
   1. The cabin is divided into two parts, namely, first class and second class (economy class). The first class locates at the front of the jetliner while it is at the back for propeller-driven passenger aircraft (because of low noise). Please do not hustle for the seats whether it requires sitting by the number or not, and passengers holding the tickets of second class are unable to sit in the first class.
   2. Personal baggage shall be put on the luggage rack overhead. Some can be put under the seat, while please do not pile them up in front of exit or on the passage.
   3. Air valve could be turned on or overcoat could be unbuttoned or even taken off if you feel stuffy on the plane, while please don’t take off your shirt and just wear the vest.
   4. There are spotlight and button on top of the seat and overhead for calling steward, if you have any trouble, push this button to call the steward.
   5. When the plane is taking off or landing, it is not allowed to smoke or go to the toilet; fasten your seat belt and straighten your seat.
   6. The airsicker could take dimenhydrinate half an hour in advance before take-off. Generally, there is air sickness bag prepared in the seat pocket. If you feel like vomiting, please use it.
  

   7. For long plane trip, beverages, refreshment, food, breakfast, dinner and etc. are provided free of charge. Alcohol and cigarette (including beer) provided in some second class cabins require cash payment.
   8. Newspapers and magazines of different languages are offered for passengers to read on the plane, while taking them away is not allowed.
   9. There are movie shows in some large planes during the flight, while earphones for listening to music are required to be rented; some planes may offer free ones.
   10. Please do not raise the roof on the plane and do not disturb others when having conversation. Sitting and prone postures shall not be in the way of others either. If bumping into other passengers carelessly, owe the one apology.
   11. Passengers could deplane to have a rest when the plane lands to fuel in the midway. Important small articles shall be carried by your side while other things could be left on the plane. If you are provided with transit register card, you can have some coffee and soda (need to be paid sometimes) in the transit departure lounge by it. Passengers shall not leave the transit departure lounge at will so as not to miss the flight.
   12. Before arriving at the destination, the plane will always announce the weather on the ground; you can choose what to have on accordingly. Especially when you go to the torrid or frigid zone, attentions shall be paid for clothes changing.
