Question: What should I do if I can not find my guide after my arrival?

   Answer: Usually our guides will be there 30 minutes before your arrival. What quite often happens is that the guide is there but you fail to find each other. Perhaps the guide did not raise their sign high enough, or maybe the guide is not at the correct exit. If you cannot find the guide, please contact our office immediately via our toll free number.
