We will provide the up-to-date exchange rates on our website for you to get knowledge on exchange rate when you make reservation.
We will adjust the related price accordingly when the exchange rates fluctuate greatly. The following states are excluded:
1.If the exchange rate of RMB changes, the travel routes have been paid off will not be altered.
2.As for those haven't paid off, payment in terms of the latest exchange rate is required.
Alteration of Travel Route
If you alter your travel route before making a reservation, no charge will be incurred. However, in case you alter your travel route after having paid the deposit, and if your alteration incurs the third-party fee, we will charge the fees due to your alteration of travel route.
We feel sorry for your cancellation of travel route, while we fully understand and respect your decision.
We guarantee to refund you in accordance with different situations within 15 days after receiving your application for cancellation.
1. 5% of entire journey's expenses is to be charged if we receive your application for cancellation 30 days before departure;
2. 10% of entire journey's expenses is to be charged if we receive your application for cancellation 21--35 days before departure;
3. 20% of entire journey's expenses is to be charged if we receive your application for cancellation 7--20 days before departure;
4. 50% of entire journey's expenses is to be charged if we receive your application for cancellation 3--6 days before departure;
5. 100% of entire journey's expenses is to be charged if we receive your application for cancellation within 2 days before departure.
6. After the travel has already begun, we are not going to refund the expenses unused if you are absent because of personal reasons or those unused due to your early leave, late arrival or halted journey.
We have provided you in our tourism products with personal accident insurance of travel with the maximum insured amount of XXX U.S. dollars. However, we still recommend you to buy the insurance which covers the entire journey in your own country. As you make reservation on hotel and airplane ticket via us, the insurance provided by us is not applicable for the entire journey.
It is your obligation to provide legal and valid passport, visa information and other access permits before travel. We will undertake no responsibilities under any circumstances if you fail to apply for documents.
You should get more information about your physical condition, so as to evaluate whether your body condition fits for the arrangement of the travel route. You should be responsible for your safety-check state, vaccine inoculation and health requirements by the government of your destination country. What we remind you specially is that tourists to Tibet are required to provide the certificates from doctor to ensure that their blood pressures and states of heart are under normal condition and are fit for travel, which is necessary for visitors to high-altitude regions.
Based on provisions of CAAC, the free allowance of baggage carried along by passengers in economy class is 20 kilograms, and that for passengers in business class and the first class is 30 kilograms and 40 kilograms respectively, excluding hand baggage. Excess baggage charge is paid by visitors.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please tell your tour guide or travel consultant in time, so that such problems can be avoided in the rest of your journey. If you require a claim, you shall inform us by e-mail, letter or manuscript copy within 10 days after your journey with related certificate information supplied. We will undertake no responsibilities if your complaint is lodged after 10 days.
Responsibilities and Obligations
We undertake no legal responsibilities for the loss, personal injury or property damage as well as alteration or cancellation of travel route as a result of climate, shipwreck, war, turmoil, riot, strike, terrorism, stealing, epidemic disease, folkways, mechanical or instrumental failure and other activities beyond our control.
We undertake no responsibilities for the problems as a result of visitor's violation of regulations.
We undertake no responsibilities for the loss of personal valuables or property as a result of visitor's negligence.
We undertake no responsibilities for the alteration or cancellation of travel route as a result of mistake, negligence or fraud caused by suppliers as well as the third parties, such as transportation operators, steamships, planes, hotels and etc. who are not assigned to us directly.
We will remind you of some matters requiring attention in some travel routes, which you shall read carefully; or you can get assistance and advice directly from our representatives, but you need to take responsibilities for potential risks incurred by your own conducts. We will take no responsibilities for the problems after our staff and agencies have performed their duties to inform you of the risks.
